Multiple images upload for the same design step
As I mostly work on websites, uploading one single image doesn't let me show "hidden" graphic aspects as rollovers, sliding panels (open and closed) etc.
Multiple images upload could help for these situations.

Client Approval Form
It would be a nice feature to collect the client sign-off for the final version. So once you have gone through all the revisions you can collect their formal approval on the final design. It's not frequent that clients try to go back in the middle of production but it happens and it's nice to have them take responsibility to proof their final.
Under the project details have a text box to enter the production terms of the design ("Print X trifold brochures, 8.5x11 100lb. 4/4 C2S" or "Website deployment for thedomain.com" ). Then have a form available:

Allow website annotations
When I am doing website design it is more convenient to just give a link to the website and the system to create an image for the client to comment on.

delete versions if you don't need them anymore
I accidently uploaded the wrong image, it seems impossible to remove this one from within a project.

Custom e-mail templates
User must be able to create custom e-mail templates or even modify the e-mail before it is sent to the customer. He or she can just confirm and send the message or edit to suit their need.

colored comments and lines
It would be nice, if the lines and the comments changes the color when these are checked.

Integrate redmark with Basecamp
Allow redmark to be used for reviewing files out of a Basecamp account. Basecamp can be used for all project management tasks, while redmark helps get the most accurate feedback on each individual project piece.

Have a security setting which allows only clients of the project to access the proposals
if i want to keep confidential the design until its approval, it should endured that only clients can access the proposed design

Contact list
When I invite a client, save email and name in my contact list so I can select them from a drop down menu next time I want to share a concept with them

Brand Interface
Be able to brand the interface, change colour scheme, upload logo.

you can also set the domain to use your own domain

Make uploaded images sharp / Make 100% view sharp
when viewing an uploaded comp at 100% the image is still fuzzy. please add the ability to view images at 100%

Create a more effective way to group concepts
I know you have tags for that but here's a couple of suggestions:
1- Rename tags for Workspace or Project2- Rename Project for Concepts
3- invite a client to review all the concepts within a tag/Workspace/project. If I have to design 10 web pages for him, I will have to invite him 10 times. They are not going to be happy with that.
4- Automatically notify him when a concept has been added to a tag/Workspace/project

An iPhone app would be great!
Wouldn't be great to be able to view/comment on projects on the go? A mobile solution and an iPhone app would hit the spot!

Include instructions with first cleint email.
